Your main fandom of the year? Doctor Who. (Surprise, surprise)

Your favourite film watched this year? Does Tipping the Velvet count? That was pretty damn good. I don't watch a lot of films, so nothing else is jumping out.

Your favourite book read this year? World War Z by Max Brooks. Without a doubt, one of the best books I've EVER read. Unbelievably brilliant.

Your favourite album or song to listen to this year? Oooo...that's a tough one. I'm going to go with a tie between The Reminder by Feist and Arular by M.I.A. (I only discovered them this year, so they count).

Your favourite TV show of the year? Old Skool Doctor Who. Or maybe Ashes to Ashes.

Your favourite LJ community of the year? I'm gonna say calufrax. I really love that comm.

Your best new fandom discovery of the year? Bernice Summerfield. I don't think I knew about her before 2008 and now she's EVERYTHING.

Your biggest fandom disappointment of the year? The last few episodes of Doctor Who. That shit was CRRRRRRRAP.

Your TV boyfriend of the year? Gah! TV? If it was any medium, I'd say the audio Sixth Doctor. But tv? I suppose I'll go with Nathan Petrelli. Though we broke up pretty early on.

Your TV girlfriend of the year? Bernice, of course. And Alex Drake from Ashes to Ashes.

Your biggest squee moment of the year? The Big Finish download service. IT'S CHANGED MY LIFE! That, or meeting Lisa Bowerman and Colin Baker. Hmmmm...probably the latter.

The most missed of your old fandoms? Heroes. That shit was SO AMAZING when it first started. Now, it's dead to me and I mourn it.

The fandom you haven't tried yet, but want to? I got nuthin'.

Your biggest fan anticipations for the New Year? Gallifrey One. The new Eighth Doctor audio that's going to have Benny in it. Ashes to Ashes coming back.

To be honest, I'm not sure what unpopular opinions I actually HAVE because I never really think about it that way. I'd say the possible fandoms to request are: Doctor Who, Supernatural, Heroes, Star Trek, Star Wars, Batman, BSG, X-files, Farscape, Lexx, Xena, James Bond...or pretty much anything else I've watched in the last 15 years.
