I decided I had to watch Assignment #1 again last night because it was clear I didn't remember a damn thing about it if I couldn't even recall who Lead was. Watching it again, it became clear why I didn't remember it. I didn't really like it much. Sapphire was very different in that serial from who she is in the others and I like her WAY better from Assignment #2 onward. Anyway, that's not the point of this post.

The point of this post is Joanna Lumley. I first became aware of her as Patsy on AbFab. What I didn't realize then was how much of a departure comedy was for her. How much of a re-invention. I never knew she'd started out as a model and an action hottie girl. So seeing her on S&S is so f-ing cool. And it also made me want to hunt down a million pics of her.

Did you see the picspam someone did of the S&S eps on that comm a long while back? She described Silver as a ginger sex-god. The whole thing was hilarious and I think you'd agree with many of her comments.

You know I think I do, my Collings-senses tingled. If you have a link I'll have to check it out because I do agree a great deal with the title Ginger sex-god. I've said it many times myself!

I listened to him in the M.R. James Ghost Stories and I just MELTED with his sexy voice. The same is true when he did BF's Full Fathom Five.

Yes. And all the shit in Assignment 6 about Steel refusing to notice the hotness and Silver popping in to make sure there was no sex going on without him. I just reread them for like the 10th time and laughed out loud AGAIN. That shit never stops being funny. Because it's true!
