For Mithrigil's fics, try to read the long, plotty ones in chronological order as they're set in a loose series. So this one (50th Games - Haymitch's), this one (Haymitch and Katniss's parents as teenagers, after his Games), this one (65th Games - Finnick's, and the aftermath), this one (70th Games - Annie's), this one (73rd Games), this one (set shortly before the 74th Games), and this one (74th Games, showing what was happening in the Capital during Katniss and Peeta's Games).
