Shalim Ortiz, the guy playing Maya's brother Alejandro, confirmed that the siblings are, in fact, DOMINICAN!!! technosage's journal, I am SO CRAZY EXCITED to find out they are still from the D.R. Not to mention how ridiculously awesome it will be to actually see some of my people on one of my most favoritist shows. Woo!!!
If you want to read the whole interview, you can find it here. I think the most interesting thing I learned, beside the awesome Domincan news, is that Alejandro also has a power. I'm not sure why I was under the impression that only Maya had one, but I was. So, that's pretty cool as well.
And another thing. Has everyone watched this already on youtube? I can't remember seeing it posted anywhere else and I totally laughed out loud. So, here's a little James Kyson Lee being ridiculously adorable on some un-aired British commercial. Enjoy!
