Tipping the Velvet.

So, I am obsessive and impatient. We all knew this already. I couldn't deal with not having screencaps of my favorite Keeley moments in Tipping the Velvet, so I gave it a shot myself. The results are kind of crap, but it was my first time. How do people get their caps looking all gorgeous, anyway?

prettyquotable are you there? What's your secret for making your caps look SOOOOOO gorgeous?

Anyway, if you want to see a few mediocre caps of Keeley looking magnificent and engaging in hot girl-on-girl action,

This is from that scene I mentioned last night, when Nan and Kitty meet for the first time. Kitty kisses Nan's hand and tells her that she smells like a mermaid.





Then, of course, comes my most favorite moment in the whole movie. Something about first times ALWAYS pleases me and this one was particularly amazing.







And I think this outfit is the most beautiful one Keeley wears in the movie. She looks AMAZING in period dress, but this get-up thrills me. And the look she gives Nan? Guh.





So, that's the best I could do this morning. Does anyone have any advice on how I could clean these up and sharpen them? That would be fantastic.

Ok, that was pretty damn funny. When Jennifer is doing her recap of the movie, I couldn't stop laughing. Best synopsis EVER. Plus, you know, I've always been kinda hot for Jennifer Saunders.

Ha! Believe it or not, I pretty much JUST discovered both Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders. Ya. I LOVE THEM SO! Also I'm soooooooo with you on the hottness of JS. Oh yes.

Seriously?!?! I was never a huge fan of French & Saunders, but I was addicted to Absolutely Fabulous for years. I hope you are watching that because it's genius.

And I just need to figure which icon I can swap out for more Keeley. I would looooove a TtV icon, but I haven't liked any of the ones I've found. Sadly.

Ya. I only discovered French by watching that one ep of Vicar of Dibly that Keeley was on (and loved it so much) and then I watched Wild West and THEN I was told she did the sketch show which I am now sorta watching AND NOW I'm about to delve into the world of Saunders, so no, lol, I haven't yet seen Ab Fab though I've always heard about it. :P

My roomie inara223 is working on a TtV mix right now and she made one icon which she says you can have if you like it. No one's forcing you tho! ;)

That icon is GORGEOUS! But I want one that is a close up of Keeley. She's going to do more, right? It looks like she's got quite the eye for it. I can't wait to see the rest!

And yes, you REALLY need to watch AbFab. Lumley is brilliant in it as well.
