I was listening to the cast interviews for the latest big finish audio, and all I have to say is:

Holy SHIT, Peter Davison is a total bitch!

And you know what? I love him so much more right now than I ever did before. ;-)



So, for those non-spoilerphobes among us, the latest audio brings back Adric in one of the most cracktastic BF plots in quite some time. But that's not the best part. The best part is the complete smack talk Peter engages in when discussing Matthew Waterhouse. It's crazy awesome. It's SO crazy awesome, in fact, that I had to upload the clip for you all to hear.

Oh, Peter. You evil, evil man.

Well, do you know where I could find summaries of this audio ? With the ending ? And do you think I will hate it, given that I like Adric, but that in Full Circle I was really interested by the he's-in-fact-a-mutated-spider thing, which is quickly forgotten afterwards ?

Hmmmm. These are good questions you pose. I didn't find it particularly hurtful to Adric's memory as it ends well. And to be honest, I absolutely LOOOOOOOVE this audio, I've listened to it four times already. As for a summary, no. I haven't seen one anywhere. I'm sorry!

Eek. Ummm, I wish I could find you a summary. But here is a quick one. They find Adric living in prehistoric earth as the king of the scorpions. He blames the Doctor for not saving his life and he wants revenge. He also wants to keep Nyssa as his wife. The Doctor manages to mess up that plan and Adric realizes that the Doctor tried to save him and so Adric forgives the Doctor and they all make it back from the past. Adric is over 500 years old and very weak at that point, but he manages to use the last of his strength to find the TARDIS and bring it back to the Doctor. Then he dies.

There is a LOT more, but that's the basic plot. Adric is evil at first then he dies a hero.
