Sure! By the looks of it I can't quite tell if it's cast or filigree, but I'm assuming it's silver? Haven't got casting equipment myself, but I could probably mock something up with a mold and some metal clay. The loose stones might be hard to get (they look like peridot from what I can see), but could be subbed with glass in a pinch.

Do you need/want it to be the same materials, or just something that looks like it?

If I can't do that, I do a fair amount of jewelry-digging in the local thrift and antique stores, so I can keep my eyes open.
