When they had to part from each other, it was pure HEARTBREAK.

It never happened!!! Jamie spent the rest of his life with the Doctor, dammit. Trufax!!! (Denial is totally, healthy. I swear!)

Cheers to your fantastic post and I hope that it opens others' eyes to some of the best parts of Classic Who.

Me too! I think if new fans got the chance to see even one Troughton ep they would fall in love with him too. It's impossible not to.
