There is no way in HELL I can do the first one. I wouldn't even know where to begin. But, despite my shit ability at fantasy casting, I'll give the second one a go.
1) Bill Nighy. Becuase he is made of awesome in every way and I still think the Doctor should be at least middle aged.
2) Chiwetel Ejiofor. I'm one of those people who was rather pissed that he didn't get cast as Eleven. He would have been fabulous.
3) Sarah Parish. If the Doctor ever got to be a chick, I want Sarah to play her. I can't even tell you how filled with glee that would make me.
4) Ian McKellan because OMG. Fucking hilarious and brilliant and yes, yes, yes. (Though he might make an even better fantasy!Master)
5) Eddie Izzard. In fucking DRAG, baby. I love him so much but I only ever find myself attracted to him when he's got a full face of makeup. No. I don't understand either.

1) 1.03 - When Alex hooks up with the Thatcherite Wanker then comes in to work the next morning completely hung over and Shaz asks if it was worth it. The look on Alex's face when she says it was cracks me up SO hard.
2) 1.03 - Alex punching Gene in the face. Enough said.
3) 1.04 - "I am going to die in an underground vault in the company of a posh, mouthy tart with a 'ead full of brains and the common sense of a grain weevil!" (thank you,carla_scribbles)
4) 1.06 - Oh Vienna. That whole sequence of her being locked in the freezer just...guh. My absolute favorite.
5) 1.08 - Gene carrying girl!Alex into the station after the explosion. So much love.

top 5 drunk Benny moments
I'm actually going to alter that one a little bit and go with top 5 Benny moments involving alcohol.
1) One of my favorite novel quotes is from the begining of Human Nature.
Now, you may well be thinking: 'Beer? What a terrible idea. That's no solution.' I would reply that you're wrong. It's a solution of hops, barley and yeast, and it is so transcendently wonderful that I long ago made the decision to sacrifice any chance of trim thighs in favor of it.
2) The scene in Birthright when she gets plastered at the bar and starts picking a fight with the bartender before flouncing off.
3) Summer of Love. The make-out session with Bev Tarrant that occured after Benny drank garlicky vodka in order to "keep Doggles at bay." Because...HOT.
4) Finally, two from Glory Days. The first is right in the begining when she orders a "Corrupted Princess" and tells the robarman not to be skimpy with the "besmirched virtue."
5) The other is when Brax was trying to convince Benny that she needed some hobbies. She insists she HAS hobbies, to which Brax replies "Brandy is a habit, Bernice. Not a hobby."
