Sapphire & Steel is totally bad ass.

I'm already bored with the Who news, so onto something decades old.

Sapphire & Steel kicks massive amounts of ass. I knew it would, given that 3/4 of my flist loves the hell out of it. I wasn't sure, however, the exact levels of awesomeness it would reach. I'm giving it a SERIOUSLY FUCKING AWESOME at the moment. But as I've only seen 3 assignments, that level might increase.

I love Sapphire and the way that she can strike a pose and how sexy she looks in all those outfits and how much confidence she has and how she isn't put off by Steel's bad attitude and how very ALIEN she is. I love Steel and how god damn grumpy he is all the time, particularly when Silver shows up and he has to share Sapphire's affections. And I looooove Silver and his mischievousness and his ability to wind up Steel with nothing more than a look.

I also love how they had absolutely no budget but manage to creep me right the hell out. Cerebral, low-budget, old school British scifi can not be beat.

I am hoping like hell that I love the audios as much as I love the show because...well, it's Big Finish.
