(Damn, this is hard. I'm just gonna go with the first 5 that come to mind.)
1) Doctor Who

1. Which is your favourite series from your list?
Right at the moment, Doctor Who. Of course. Like there's even a question.
2. If you were to pair two characters from 1 (Doctor Who) and 4 (Star Trek), who would they be?
Hot damn. Ummm...Kirk would pretty much sleep with any of the female companions, I'd think. And Jack. And maybe Turlough. He'd probably flirt with any incarnation of the Doctor, but would be rebuffed and get all huffy. The Doctor would be flattered by Kirk's attentions, but would be MUCH more attracted to Spock. I think Spock/Doctor would be lovely. Particularly Spock/Seven. Uhura would be all up in Eight's business. Bones would fall MADLY in love with Nyssa. And probably Sarah Jane. Dude, I could do this all day...
3. What is one thing you'd like to change about 3 (Heroes)'s plotline?
The entire second season. Nathan and Peter should NEVER have spent it apart. They are the reason I watch the show, and their chemistry transcends any crappy writing or poor plot choices. But when you spend almost the entire season with them never having a scene together? I call bullshit.
4. If both main characters of 2 (Firefly) and 5 (Farscape) were falling off a cliff, which one would you save?
Mal. But only because John would never end up hitting the ground. The universe wouldn't let that happen, and neither would Aeryn or D'argo. So, no worries.
5. Which event was the most horrible for you in 1 (Doctor Who)?
The Time Lords taking Jamie and Zoe and stealing their memories and then killing the Second Doctor. The whole thing is so fucking traumatic for me, I've never been able to watch it.
6. Which is your least favourite character of 2 (Firefly)?
Huh. I guess maybe Inara or Book? But I still love them, I just love them the LEAST of all the crewmembers. (I love Jayne and Zoe the most.)
7. If the antagonist of 3 (Heroes) were to rape the main character of 1 (Doctor Who), what would you do?
Woh, hold up. Sylar raping the Doctor?! Damn. What kind of bizarro question is this? I wouldn't do anything. Except maybe enjoy the hell out of the tons of hurt/comfort fic that would inevitably be written.
8. What song reminds you of 5 (Farscape)?
None. I don't really get reminded of shows or characters when I listen to music. Not sure why, since the two things I spend the most time doing in a normal day are: (a) listen to music; and (b) obsess about fandom.
9. Of 1 (Doctor Who), 3 (Heroes), and 5 (Farscape), which is the easiest to think about?
Right now, Doctor Who. Because it's my current obsession and I spend a good deal of every day thinking about it anyway.
10. Are the protagonists of 2 (Firefly) and 4 (Star Trek) similar?
Oddly enough, yes! I'd never thought about that before, but Mal and Kirk do have some interesting similarities. Not the least of which is their ability to either talk or shoot their way out of any seemingly hopeless situation. I kinda love that in a character. ;-)
